Dennis Olsen at REM GALLERY
Dennis Olsen- My current work is derived from bank note engravings from around the world.

These personalities are a mystery to me, and therefore I make no attempt to interpret their meaning or significance, but I do write narratives suggested by each finished print.

Studio Visit with Dale Jenssen

Dale Jenssen - I use a number of techniques during construction of a piece; woodworking, welding, and sheet metal forming are the ones I employ most often. Several years ago I started incorporating light into my work, and it seemed so “right” that I have made it part of my signature style.
In addition to the sculptures I also make sconces and chandeliers, table, floor, and hanging lamps, lampshades, folding screens, table tops, mirror and picture frames, and punched metal door panels.

Studio visit with Pat Gavin, Metalsmith

My work is concerned with architectural, sculptural and graphic aspects of design. Each piece is made by hand, using old techniques, to produce contemporary art in metal. In my exploration, form, texture and color are combined to make art that is interesting to wear.
